WACOMP Ghana is launching a new training programme focused on training national coaches. The training programme will be delivered from September to December and selected candidates will be trained online to strengthen their business coaching competencies by UNIDO international experts.
All training sessions will be delivered online. During the training, participants will be expected to:
- Participate in the online sessions (weekly)
- Submit (individual and group) assignments
- Work hand in hand with pre-identified companies in the three WACOMP Ghana target value chains (specifically with SMEs from Cosmetics and Body Care, Fruits Processing and Cassava Processing Clusters)
- Contribute to the discussion forum and exchange their field experience with the trainers and other participants.
The training programme will be delivered by an international expert/coach who is experienced in business consulting, coaching and cluster development. Participants will be mentored, monitored, coached and guided throughout the training period by the international expert and the WACOMP Team.

All trainees who will successfully complete the assignments and final evaluation of the course, will receive a business coach certificate by the WACOMP Project.
