How it works

  • It will be organised into three phases:

    • Phase 1: E-marketing
      Learn about the best tools and techniques to carry out and improve your online marketing to make more customers aware of your products online.
    • Phase 2: E-commerce
      Evaluate the options for the best way to use e-commerce to sell online to customers all over the world, including getting the operational side of your business up and running.
    • Phase 3: Implementation support
      Work with our digital coaches to get support to research, plan and implement your chosen digital solutions, who will also be on hand to troubleshoot any issues you may have.

    The programme will be delivered using a selection of techniques, from webinars, online courses, practical activities, group work and coaching sessions. A commitment of approximately 10 hours a week for 6 weeks is expected.

    We will assess your digital readiness and digital ambitions and plan your journey through the programme. You will need to successfully complete each phase before moving onto the next one.

    The programme is only currently open to 25 companies.

Registration

Step 1: Register your interest in this programme by filling in the E-commerce Readiness Questionnaire, which will assess your suitability to take part in this programme. This will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Step 2: If successful, you will be contacted by the WACOMP team

Step 3: You will be required to make payment of a small fee to AGI as part of your commitment to the programme

Step 4: Application deadline is 26th July, 2020.

Step 5: Start of the training programme: on 3rd August, 2020.
