The project, in collaboration with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), developed 16 standards (2 cassava and 14 cosmetics & personal care products) to support the competitiveness and quality of the cassava and cosmetics value chains.
MSMEs in Ghana are expected to adopt and utilize the standards to enhance their competitiveness in the production of quality-certified products and access the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
